We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Retoucher to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing images for our fashion/e-commerce platform, ensuring high-quality visual output that aligns with our brand aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance images for e-commerce and marketing use
• Perform color correction, exposure adjustment, and tone balancing
• Execute high-end skin and beauty retouching while maintaining natural texture
• Remove or replace backgrounds as per brand guidelines
• Create shadows, reflections, and image consistency across product catalogs
• Optimize images for web performance without compromising quality
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and marketing teams

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
• Strong understanding of color correction and image composition
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Knowledge of image formats, resolution, and export settings
• Basic understanding of e-commerce image requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in photo retouching (fashion/e-commerce preferred)
• Experience working with product and model photography
• Familiarity with batch processing and workflow optimization
